Returns, refunds & exchanges


We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on most items…we’re nice like that!

You can return most things to us. If you got your stuff delivered, we can collect it free and refund your original delivery charge.

In most cases, we do not ask that you return the product at all!

When returning anything, just make sure you have proof of purchase such as store receipt or confirmation email.

Make sure the item (and any free items that came with the product) are:

  • unused (with any tags still attached)

  • in original packaging

  • in a resaleable condition

We’ll refund your money to the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.


To exchange an item, just visit any Drone4less  store or Collection Point in the us with proof of purchase and you’ll be able to exchange your order for the product you want, subject to availability. ** It’s best to reserve your new item before going to a store. **

Faulty items

If you’ve had your item less than 30 days, we’ll happily replace or refund it if it’s faulty. If you’ve had the item between 30 and 365 days we’ll get it repaired, replaced or, if neither are possible, refunded.
